About Wendy DeWitt

Wendy has had a successful real estate career here in Chico since 2001. She is a professional and specializes in listings, as it falls into place with her passion for sales and marketing. She also enjoys helping buyers find their “perfect fit” home, too. She has also worked with many out-of-town buyers selecting the right home as an investment and selling it when it is no longer a fit.

Wendy believes the key to a successful escrow is setting expectations with each person involved in the sale or purchase of the property. Her keen eye for details and analytical abilities help ensure a smooth escrow. She believes that being up to date on industry information shared both locally and statewide is important. Other agents like working with her because she is genuinely happy, ethical, knowledgeable, well organized and timely.

She is respected amongst her peers in the real estate industry and participated in a few “top producer” panel discussions throughout the years. She enjoys teaching and mentoring new agents. She served on the Women’s Council of Realtors from 2007 – 2013. She was also on the PR and Social Committee for the local Board of Realtors.

Wendy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University. She and her husband and two daughters moved here in 1991 from Germany and England where they both had successful careers in the United States Air Force. They enjoyed raising the girls in Chico and they both graduated from CSUC. They all enjoy jaunts over to the ocean and many forms of fitness and appreciating the great outdoors!
